Market place

As a participant in the 2017 Global Child Nutrition Forum, your organization is invited to exhibit in the Market Place, to be held from 17 to 21 September in Montreal, Canada. The Market Place will provide participating businesses and organizations an opportunity to showcase how their activities, services, and products contribute to the fight against child hunger, improve child access to primary education, and increase the promotion of small-scale farmer agricultural production.

The Market Place is intended to represent a complete picture—from farm to school—of the processes food commodities go through from supplier to recipient students.  Your organization will be able to exhibit your core products and services, offering an opportunity for international exposure to school feeding program implementers and stakeholders.

We anticipate attendance of 250-300 participants, comprised of government representatives engaged in the implementation of school meal programs (Education, Agriculture, Finance, Budget and Planning, Health, Industry and Trade) as well as private sector companies, international organizations, NGOs, experts, and donors involved in school feeding. The theme of this year’s Forum is Bridge to Sustainable Development through School Meal Programs: Engaging Local, National, Regional, and Global Communities.

Exhibition Costs

Deluxe Booth – $5,000 CAD

⦁ The Deluxe Booth will be approximately double the size of a Standard Booth and will come with a marquee, table, and chairs
⦁ Each Deluxe Booth exhibitor will be acknowledged through visibility and recognition throughout the Forum
⦁ Each organization that purchases a Deluxe Booth will receive two (2) credentials (access to the conference)

Standard Booth – $2,500 CAD

⦁ The Standard Booth will be approximately 3 meters by 3 meters and will come with a marquee, table, and chairs
⦁ Each Standard Booth exhibitor will be acknowledged through visibility and recognition throughout the Forum
⦁ Each organization that purchases a Standard Booth will receive one (1) credential (access to the conference)

To best represent your organization, we recommend that you bring signage; a pictorial board that demonstrates your activities, services or products; and a handout that describes your organization and the countries where you work. If internet connectivity or other special services are required for your exhibit, please confirm with the organizers if that will be available prior to your arrival at the Forum.
